This popular, hands-on ceramic fermentation experience is back! Meet in the ceramics studio to customize your own crock while learning about different ceramic decoration techniques. Two weeks later, meet in our catering kitchen and fill your crock with delicious, probiotic sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, as you learn about the history and practice of making safe, fermented vegetables. You'll even get to look under the microscope to see those little beneficial bacteria at work.
