Experience Level: All Levels
Turning fresh apple cider into delicious fermented hard cider is the easiest and most enjoyable of fermentation processes. We will obtain our juice from regional orchards in late October then meet to learn about all aspects of hard cider production. Complete this course with approximately 2.5 gallons of bottled hard cider. Great for beginners; intermediate students with prior experience will gain increased knowledge through instruction and independent study.
Our first class will meet on October 15, from 6-9pm. During the following three months, we will meet approximately every other Monday, from 6-9 pm. Due to the unpredictable nature of the fermentation process, we may have meetings on other days.
Ages 21 and over only.
